The Legal stuff...
We're Flo State, an Adelaide, SA, based apparel brand, and when you shop with us the following terms apply. They're super important because they look out for both of us. Have a read and if you need anything else or have any questions, drop us a line or email us email@example.com
We have a flat rate for up to 500g (1 t-shirt is 250g) of $4. Then up to 1kg it is $6 (1 hoodie/1/4 zip is 700g). We also hand deliver to a physical address within 30kms of Adelaide CBD within 24 hours for $15.
Before you finalise your order you'll be given a number of delivery options at the checkout that includes an estimated delivery time. Currently we are aware that Australia Post is taking longer than normal due to Covid 19 so we are doing everything we can to make sure your order is on time. We will do our best to keep you updated at all times.
Sometimes things don't look or feel the way you expected, we get that. You can return the item within 14 days of receiving it if it is unmarked, unworn and remains in the original packaging with FLO STATE tags in tact. We will try to refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back. Returns are at the purchaser's cost.
PLEASE GET A PROOF OF POSTAGE as occasionally things go missing in the post.
What about you?
We need you to be over 16 years old and have a credit card that we accept and be authorised to use it. See the bottom of the page for accepted credit cards and payment providers.
We will not share it. You will only hear from us at FLO STATE.
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming your order. We will then do a preauthorisation on your card for the amount, to see if it has enough money on it. We then debit your payment card once payment has been approved and then your order will be processed. At this time our contract begins.
Orders, once made, can't be changed, you will need to re-order and then return the unwanted item.
We're working our butts off to make things simple for you.
At times we will potentially incorrectly price an item or describe it wrongly. When this happens we will try and get in touch with you to reconfirm the order. If we can't get in touch with you we will have to cancel the order. If you've already paid, then we will refund you in full.
